What is the quickest way to develop an article into an eBook, e-course, DVD, etc. that caters to a specific market while providing a lot of content?

Answer: Before you even write anything, find out what people want. Ask people on your list or community the following two questions:

1. What is your biggest question?

2. How do you want it delivered?

Once you have this information then write 10 articles based on your survey of these two questions. Then take one of the 7 tips articles and turn each tip into its own separate article. This gives you 7 more articles and can turn into a miniguide, collection of articles, and much more.

You can also turn each of your tips article into a chapter. This will automatically balloon into 7 chapters of great content. You can combine the chapters to create a 7 chapter eBook. Don’t forget to write an introduction for the eBook. But never write a conclusion for the eBook. Instead, write an invitation to the reader try more of your products and learn more from you. This will help build your relationship with the customer as well as up sell to them.

Remember you don’t have to write all this content and create the products at one time. Work on it a little bit at a time. It won’t seem as overwhelming if you break it down into working on it a little bit every day. This is the secret to success for many entrepreneurs. They know that Rome wasn’t built in a day.

Question #2: Do you think you can sell a $10,000 product through an article?

Answer: It is much easier to take a step from an article to a lower end product as opposed to a $10,000 product. Drive your articles to a squeeze page instead. Establish and nurture a relationship by providing them with content. Also, talk to them on the phone if you can in strategy session. Then sell the $10,000 product to them.

This product funnel will ease them into your products so they can get to know you and trust you.
